A change of perspective
Focusing attention on cultures that belong in the midst of our society and yet are too little noticed - that is the intention behind the festival "Right at the limit". The coming edition of the festival looks back to Frankfurt at the time of National Socialism and at the same time spans an axis of reference between the Jewish Museum and the Alte Oper - the former Frankfurt opera house. Among other things, the fate of the singer Magda Spiegel will be remembered: Magda Spiegel celebrated her greatest successes in the heart of Frankfurt before she was persecuted and murdered for being jewish.
A joint project of the Alte Oper Frankfurt, the Frankfurt Museum Society, the Frankfurt Opera House and the Jewish Museum Frankfurt.
