Jazz residency with Till Brönner

Exceptional artist with many talents

He made his first appearance at the age of nine at a St. Martin's parade - perhaps his most memorable in 2016, when he was the only jazz artist from the German-speaking world to play at the White House for the then President Barack Obama, together with artists such as Aretha Franklin, Herbie Hancock, Chick Corea and Al Jarreau. In between, an exceptional career unfolds. Till Brönner is not considered the figurehead of the German jazz scene for nothing. And the musician is not only successful as a trumpeter, but also as a producer, composer and arranger, as a professor and mentor, and for some years now also as a photographer. Till Brönner is bringing some of these many talents with him to the Alte Oper for a few days.
