Your main responsibilities in this position will include:
• Cost monitoring and allocation of all technical services based on work reports and invoice control
• Preparing monthly financial statements for accounting
• Managing and monitoring investment plans approved by management (including building maintenance and repairs) in coordination with the head of technology and the head of finance and accounting
• Preparing requisition forms for building and event technology and obtaining quotes in coordination with the head of technology Monitoring deliveries and checking invoices
• Preparing costs for all technical services for catering
• Preparing quarterly reports
Your profile includes:
• Several years of experience in finance and accounting
• Strong communication skills and confident interface management
• Confident use of MS Office programs and DMS
