'Hallelujah!' Who does not know this magnificent passage from Handel's masterpiece? The Messiah ensured the composer's immortality. Composed in 1741 for charitable performances, it has consistently increased Handel's fame. This oratorio contains many beautiful and memorable arias and choruses. The text is divided into three parts and examines key events from the life of Christ, describing their significance in the history of salvation. The Frankfurter Kantorei will present the work under the direction of Mihaly Zeke.
