Performers
Urban soul, singer-songwriter pop, hip-hop vibes, powerful vocals, spectacular live shows and lyrics that inspire and offer comfort: the legendary Söhne Mannheims have been a fixture on the German-speaking music scene for over 30 years.
Their studio albums have achieved gold and platinum status on numerous occasions. Hits such as “Und wenn ein Lied” and “Geh davon aus” are timeless, have been streamed millions of times to this day and bridge the generations. Until he left the band in 2017, Xavier Naidoo shaped their sound; today, it is the voices and songs of Dominic Sanz, Giuseppe “Gastone” Porrello, Karim Amun, Michael Klimas and rapper Metaphysics that define it. The Söhne Mannheims’ long-standing members – keyboardist Florian Sitzmann, drummer Ralf Gustke, bassist Edward Maclean and guitarists Kosho and Thilo Zirr – are in a musical league of their own.
With their 2023 album “Kompass”, Söhne Mannheims have set a new course and are heading full steam ahead into the future. With new songs and sounds from their eighth studio album “Unkaputt”, they are now sending a clear message: the Söhne story is more relevant than ever!
