The hit show “Sinatra & Friends” will be touring Germany, Austria and Switzerland again in 2027. Stephen Triffitt, Mark Adams and George Daniel Long, as Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr., bring back to life the legendary sound and unrivalled entertainment of the most famous trio in show business history.
The early 1960s were the heyday of the Rat Pack – and Las Vegas was their city. Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. had long been among America’s most popular entertainers, but together they became a showbiz phenomenon. Their legendary performances, particularly at the Sands Hotel, were among the hottest tickets in town. World-famous songs, spontaneous banter, sharp humour and the unrivalled chemistry between the three entertainers made every evening unpredictable – and shaped a form of live entertainment that continues to fascinate to this day.
Even decades later, their shared story was not yet over: in 1987, Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. appeared before the press together in Los Angeles and announced their grand reunion tour. 2027 marks the 40th anniversary of this legendary Rat Pack reunion announcement – a fitting occasion to bring the unmistakable spirit of Sinatra, Martin and Davis Jr. back to the stage.
Stephen Triffitt as Frank Sinatra, Mark Adams as Dean Martin and George Daniel Long as Sammy Davis Jr. bring the Rat Pack era back to life with their impressive vocal and acting talents. Yet ‘Sinatra & Friends’ goes far beyond a mere imitation of these three show business legends: With laid-back charm, cheeky humour, unmistakable big-band swing and, of course, the obligatory whisky glass in hand, the show transports its audience back to the glamorous Las Vegas of the 1960s – a time when Hollywood’s biggest stars were a constant sight on the Strip.
Naturally, the great classics are a must: ‘My Way’, ‘Mr Bojangles’, ‘New York, New York’, ‘That’s Amore’, ‘The Lady Is A Tramp’ and many more timeless evergreens provide the unmistakable soundtrack to an evening entirely in the spirit of the Rat Pack.
The three singers and actors are accompanied by a nine-piece big band and the three singers and dancers of the ‘Golddiggers’. Together, they bring the glamour, the swing and the entertainment of the legendary Rat Pack back to the stage – and, for one evening, create the illusion of seeing Frank Sinatra, Dean Martin and Sammy Davis Jr. perform live together in Las Vegas once again.
