Roland Kaehlbrandt is a linguist, publicist and passionate lover of the German language. With wit and humour, he shows how much beauty, sound and power there is in German. In his new book, ‘Von der Schönheit der deutschen Sprache. Eine Wiederentdeckung’ (On the Beauty of the German Language: A Rediscovery), he invites readers to hear and enjoy the language in a new way. We are excited to see how he will address the relationship between language and music in his music request!'
The second guest of the morning is Uwe Paulsen, spokesperson for scientific and cultural policy for the Green Party in the Römer. Uwe Paulsen was spokesperson for the Bündnis 90/Die Grünen Frankfurt party from 1994 to 1997 and from 1999 to 2001. He is a member of the city council since 1997, and has been a member of the Committee for Economy, Law and Women and the Committee for Culture, Science and Sport since September 2021.
