Following last year’s huge success, Hans Sigl returns this Advent season with a completely new programme for his Christmas show.
With a selection of cheerful and contemplative Christmas stories personally curated by Hans Sigl, the actor invites the audience to an atmospheric evening. Humorous texts by Heinz Erhardt and Axel Hacke, Christmas literary classics by Theodor Fontane and Charles Dickens, and enchanting winter fairy tales from Scandinavia combine with musical interludes to create a varied programme. Between quiet moments and tongue-in-cheek humour, a rich, atmospheric production emerges that immerses the audience in the special spirit of the Christmas season. With his engaging and approachable manner, Hans Sigl guides the audience through the evening, forging a direct and unique connection with them.
The evening will be punctuated by Christmas classics such as “Jingle Bells” and “Silent Night”. The Frankfurt trio of Bastian Weinig, Max Jentzen and Nicolas Hering will swing their way through these world-famous tunes.
