Manhunt on the concert stage
Misty alleys, suspicious characters: the crime podcast "Kein Mucks!" takes listeners on a manhunt with classic crime radio plays from a time when magnetic tapes hissed and microphones showed no mercy for minor mistakes and rustling script pages. And since 2024, the whole thing has also been available in concert halls: as podcast host, comedian Bastian Pastewka provides murderously good entertainment, while the WDR Funkhausorchester, conducted by Enrico Delamboye, plays with razor-sharp precision. Following his great success, Pastewka now returns to the stage of the Alte Oper Frankfurt two years later with some of the most exciting crime radio plays from the 1950s to the 1980s, captivating his audience with crackling stories, acoustic shockers and unforgettable moments.
