Beethovens Planeten

Beethoven is repeatedly interrupted while he is teaching his pupil, Giulietta. The interruptions come from various sources, such as the housekeeper, the postman delivering a parcel, and a street musician playing the clarinet. He becomes so angry that eventually everyone leaves him alone.

He opens the parcel and is delighted. A telescope! Gazing into space, he dreams of the 'music of the stars', pure and otherworldly. Suddenly, a strange figure appears — the 'Star Puck' — and takes him on a journey into space, to the planets of fantasy. There, they meet the alien Subito and experience many musical adventures.
