Cancellation of The Bodyguard – The Musical on 1 April 2026
Tickets can be exchanged for another performance of The Bodyguard – The Musical.
We deeply regret that the performance of The Bodyguard – The Musical on 1 April 2026 had to be cut short due to technical difficulties. Guests who attended this performance may attend another one free of charge (in Frankfurt until 12 April 2026).
As tickets were sold by various providers, please check which provider you bought your ticket from first.
If you booked your ticket through the organiser, ATG Tickets: You will automatically receive an email from them later today (2 April). You will then receive digital access to select your preferred performance.
If you booked your tickets via Frankfurt Ticket, please email info@frankfurt-ticket.de or call the hotline on 069 / 13 40 400. Please inform Frankfurt Ticket of your chosen alternative performance. You will receive replacement tickets from Frankfurt Ticket.
For tickets booked via eventim.de: You will be contacted by this ticket provider as soon as possible to be informed of the next steps.
Tickets purchased in person at ticket outlets can be returned or rebooked at the same outlet.
