With our newly established International Outreach department, we are building bridges to Frankfurt's international community. Through dedicated English-language programmes, we engage international companies, institutions and individuals from across the Rhine-Main region while developing new approaches to community building and audience development.
To support this exciting new area of work, we are looking for an
Coordinator – International Outreach (m/f/d, 50%)
Your responsibilities
- Managing the International Outreach office and supporting all administrative processes
- Planning, organising and coordinating events, receptions and accompanying programmes in close collaboration with our catering team, internal departments and external partners
- Managing ticket allocations and liaising directly with Frankfurt Ticket and our guests
- Building and maintaining our international community database, as well as preparing and distributing personalised English-language communications via CRM systems (e.g. newsletters and event invitations)
- Creating engaging content for our social media channels (Instagram, Facebook and LinkedIn), including posts, carousels, stories and short-form videos in line with our editorial calendar
Your profile
- Excellent organisational skills, communication abilities and confidence in coordinating multiple stakeholders
- A professional, warm and engaging communication style when interacting with international guests and partners, both in person and in writing
- A strong service mindset combined with a structured, reliable and results-oriented approach to work
- Willingness to support selected evening and weekend events
- Confident user of Microsoft Office applications
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Experience in social media management and content creation
- Confident use of common social media platforms and digital tools, including basic video editing and post creation
