Do you like it festive, entertaining, informative, family-friendly and do you love music? Then the Friends of the Alte Oper are for you.
If you get involved here, you are in good company: 1,500 members have been meeting at the Alte Oper for 40 years. With their donations, they make both innovative concert experiences and traditional concerts possible. They support international stars as well as exciting young talents and help to introduce young audiences to classical music. Incidentally, this commitment is not without self-interest, for the FRIENDS have special doors open to them! So: Come in!
What do you experience as a member?
Join us to meet the world's stars of classical music, on stage or in private. Visit our 'favourite piece' and take a look behind the scenes. At exclusive meetings, after-work events or music tours, you can network with other FRIENDS and get background information.
