JAZZ IN CONCERT is our programme designed to introduce school classes to the principles of jazz. Developed in collaboration with the 'Jazz and Improvised Music in Schools!' project, the series comprises four concerts – two aimed at Years 5 to 7 and two aimed at Years 7 to 10.
JAZZ IN CONCERT is our program designed to introduce school classes to the principles of jazz. Developed in collaboration with the “Jazz und improvisierte Musik in die Schule” project, this series consists of two sessions aimed at fifth through seventh graders. During the concert, a classic of jazz history, the song “Take the A-Train,” serves as the starting point for a jazz session featuring vocal contributions from the audience.
An optional training session is offered for all teachers who wish to attend the concert with their classes
