NEW SUBSCRIPTIONS

We would ask you to contact the Alte Oper Frankfurt subscription office to arrange new subscriptions. We will send you an invoice before the start of the season and the tickets you have ordered will be sent to you once payment has been received. Please quote your subscription series and customer number on all subsequent correspondence. Please notify us if you change your address.

EARLY-BIRD DISCOUNT FOR SUBSCRIBERS

In the 2012/2013 season, subscribers and customised subscription holders once again have the exclusive opportunity to benefit from our early-bird discount. If you are interested in attending individual events in addition to your subscription or customised subscription, you will receive a 10% discount off the full ticket price for these events. All we ask is that you book your additional seats from the limited block of tickets available as early as possible and by 15 June 2012 at the latest.

SUBSCRIPTION EXCHANGE VOUCHER

You have the option to exchange up to two concerts per subscription series. On returning your ticket by 2 p.m. no later than three working days before the relevant concert and paying a fee of Euro 10, you will be presented with a voucher redeemable for an Alte Oper Frankfurt event during the current season.

PRICING

All subscription prices quoted are end prices and include a 9.52% service charge (paid to Frankfurt Ticket RheinMain GmbH), a handling fee of Euro 1.25 (to the operator of the electronic ticket sales system) and a fee of Euro 0.80 per ticket to the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (RMV) public transport authority.

CANCELLATION

Existing subscriptions are automatically extended to the next season if they are not cancelled in writing by 16 April.

CHANGES

Alte Oper Frankfurt reserves the right to make changes to the date/time, programme or seating in particular cases for artistic or technical reasons. In the event of changes to the date or time, we will on request provide you free of charge with an exchange voucher valid for one year.
The voucher may be redeemed for all Alte Oper Frankfurt performances subject to tickets being available. Your subscription tickets are transferable, however subscription tickets may not be returned. We regret that we are unable to accommodate requests for seating changes for tickets that have already been paid for and issued.

USING YOUR TICKET FOR PUBLIC TRANSPORT

Your subscription tickets also entitle you to second-class travel to and from the Alte Oper Frankfurt on all routes operated by the Rhein-Main-Verkehrsverbund (RMV) public transport authority. Your tickets are valid for travel 5 hours before the performance begins and return journeys have to be made before the end of service on the day of the performance. The usual conditions of carriage and tariff apply.
